Exporting History

Synthetix allows you to export your trade, order, funding, PnL, and other historical activity for purposes such as tax reporting, record keeping, or further analysis.

To download your historical activity, go to the History page under Portfolio, select the relevant history view, and select Export.

How to Export Your History

To export your history:

  1. Open Portfolio.
  2. Select History.
  3. Select the history type you want to export.
Open Portfolio, select History in the sidebar, then choose the history type you want to export, such as Trade History or Order History.
  1. For Trade History and Order History, select the relevant order type.
  2. For Trade History and Order History, select a market if required.

  2. Select Export and follow the prompts to download the CSV file.

History Views

Trade History and Order History are divided into separate views based on order type:

  • Market & Limit
  • Trigger
  • TP/SL
  • TWAP

You can also filter your history by market to view or export activity for a specific market.

Exported Columns

The columns included in your export are based on the columns enabled in the corresponding History table in the Portfolio Table.

For example, if you enable Order ID in Trade History using Edit Trade History Table, Order ID will also be included in the exported Trade History data and displayed on the History page under Portfolio.

You can customise the columns shown in each history table using the Edit Trade History Table settings. The selected filters determine which records are included in the export.

Legacy History

Historical activity from previous Synthetix products may still be available.

If you need records from a legacy product, contact Support with details of the wallet and historical activity you are looking for.

Retrieving legacy history may take additional time, and not all historical data may be available.

Important Considerations

  • You can access the Export function from the History page under Portfolio.
  • Available export options vary depending on the selected history type.
  • The columns included in an export reflect the columns enabled in the corresponding History table.
  • Filters determine which records are included in the export.
  • Legacy product history may require manual retrieval by Support and may not be complete.
