Contact Support

Last updated: Sep 3, 2026

If you need help with Synthetix, you can contact Support through the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of Synthetix Docs.

This page explains how to get help from the AI assistant or a human Support agent, manage your Support conversations, and provide the information needed to investigate an issue.

Contacting Support

To contact Support:

  1. Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of Synthetix Docs.
  2. Follow the guidance provided by the AI assistant.
  3. Describe your question or issue.
  4. The AI assistant will try to help. If you need further assistance, you can ask for a human Support agent.
  5. Provide any relevant information requested by the AI assistant.
Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of Synthetix Docs. If the AI assistant cannot resolve your issue, ask for a human Support agent and provide the information requested.

Getting Help from a Human Agent

The Support chat may initially be handled by the AI assistant, which can help answer questions and troubleshoot common issues.

If the AI assistant cannot resolve your issue, you can ask to speak with a human Support agent.

When you request a human Support agent, your existing conversation is used to provide the Support team with the context of your issue.

You do not need to create a separate request if you are already using the Support chat for the same issue.

Navigating the Support Chat

After opening the Support chat, select the back button to return to the main Support area.

Select the back button in the top-left of the Support chat to return to the main Support area.

From there, you can:

  1. Home - Start a new conversation or access the main Support area.
  2. Messages - View recent conversations to continue or review recent Support requests.
  3. Tickets - View previous tickets, including older or resolved requests.
  4. Help - Search the Synthetix Docs and access relevant guides and articles.
Use Home, Messages, Tickets, and Help in the Support area to start a conversation, continue a recent request, review tickets, or search the Docs.

You do not need to start a new conversation simply because the current conversation has ended. You can use the Support area to return to previous conversations, view your tickets, or search the Docs.

For the best experience, use the same browser you normally use to access Synthetix so your previous conversations and tickets remain available.

Information to Include

Providing relevant information when contacting Support can help speed up the investigation.

Where applicable, include:

  • Wallet address
  • Subaccount
  • Network
  • Market
  • Transaction hash
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings

Only provide information relevant to your issue.

If the Chat Widget Is Unavailable

The Support chat widget may not appear if you are using an ad blocker or browser extension that blocks the chat widget.

Try disabling the ad blocker or relevant browser extension, then refresh Synthetix Docs.

If the widget is still unavailable, check the Official Links page for verified Synthetix resources.

Security Reminder

Synthetix Support will never ask for:

  • Your seed phrase
  • Your private keys
  • Wallet credentials or other information that could give access to your wallet

Support may provide instructions involving legitimate on-chain transactions as part of an approved support or recovery process. Always verify that the instructions come from the official Support conversation and that you understand the transaction before signing or sending funds.

Never send funds or follow payment or transaction instructions from an unverified account claiming to be Synthetix Support outside the official Support chat.
