Snaxpot is a weekly, on-chain lottery powered by trading activity on Synthetix.

Earn tickets by trading, pick your numbers, and win a share of the growing prize pool.

Overview

Snaxpot rewards active traders by converting trading fees into lottery tickets.

  • Every $2 in trading fees = 1 ticket
  • Tickets are entered into a weekly draw
  • Prizes are paid out automatically to your trading account
  • Results are provably fair and verifiable on-chain

How It Works

1. Trade to earn tickets Every $2 in trading fees earns you 1 Snaxpot ticket, increasing your chances of winning. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can earn.

You can view your accumulated trading fees on the Snaxpot page.

2. Choose your numbers

To start, click the Snax Ball or select “Choose Numbers”

Use the glowing Snax Ball or the Choose Numbers button to open number selection. The header shows the prize pool, next draw time, and how tickets accrue from trading fees.

Each ticket consists of:

  • 5 regular numbers
  • 1 Snax Ball

You can:

  1. Let the system auto-assign everything
  2. Pick only the Snax Ball and randomise the rest
  3. Pick all numbers manually
These three modes match the list above: full auto-assign, Snax Ball only with the rest randomised, or full manual picks. Submit one ticket at a time or use Submit All when you are ready.
3. Weekly draw
  • Draw happens every Sunday at 18:00 UTC
  • Submit your tickets before the deadline
  • Winners are automatically selected and rewarded
4. Receive your rewards

Winnings are:

  • Automatically distributed
  • Sent directly to your trading account
  • Available immediately after the draw

Growing Jackpot

If no one wins the top prize:

  • The Snaxpot rolls over
  • The prize pool continues to grow
  • Future draws become more valuable

Verifiable Fairness

Snaxpot uses Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) to ensure:

  • Randomness is cryptographically secure
  • Results are generated on-chain
  • Anyone can independently verify the outcome

This ensures the draw is transparent, tamper-proof, and trustless.

Important Notes

  • Tickets must be submitted before Sunday 18:00 UTC
  • Unsubmitted tickets will be auto-assigned numbers
  • Rewards are paid in USDT
  • Ticket allocation is based on actual fees paid
